Group Work


I am currently developing a small group programme designed especially for Christian women who want to explore emotional wellbeing alongside their faith.
This course will bring together insights from psychology and theology, helping participants understand aspects of mental health while also reflecting on what the Bible says about living with freedom, hope, and wholeness.
Together we will explore practical tools that can help you grow in self-awareness, emotional health, and spiritual depth, with space for reflection, discussion, and encouragement within a supportive group environment.
The aim is to help women live more freely and wholeheartedly — integrating faith, mind, and heart in everyday life.
